FAQ

Exercise: Good and bad for immunity?

Exercise is good exercise for your immune system. Exercise boosts the production of white blood cells, which can fight off infections. You also get rid of toxins from your body. Exercise is a great way to prevent heart disease, cancer, and other diseases. Exercise also helps to reduce stress levels.

But, too much exercise can lead to a weakening of your immune system. When you exercise too hard, your muscles will become sore. This can lead to inflammation and swelling. The body then needs to make more antibodies to fight infection. However, these antibodies can also cause allergic reactions and autoimmune diseases.

So, don't overdo it!

Is it possible to have a weak immune system due to being cold?

There are two types of people in the world: those who love winter and those that hate it. It doesn't matter if you love it or not, it is possible to wonder why it makes you feel so miserable when it gets cold outside.

The answer lies in the fact that our bodies are designed to function best during warm weather. In fact, we evolved to thrive in hot climates because that's where most of our food sources are located.

Today's environment is vastly different from the one our ancestors experienced. We spend more time indoors, are exposed to extreme temperatures (cold/heat), and eat processed food rather than fresh.

This means that our bodies aren’t used to these extremes. That means that when we do venture outdoors, we're left feeling tired, sluggish, and even sick.

These effects can be reversed, however. You can combat these effects by making sure you are well-hydrated all day. You can help flush toxins out of your body by drinking plenty of water.

A healthy diet is another important thing. Healthy food will help your body maintain its optimal temperature. This is especially helpful for people who spend a lot of time indoors.

Finally, consider taking a few minutes each morning to meditate. Meditation helps to calm your mind and body which can make it easier to deal stress and illness.

Get immune enhancement with herbs and supplements

You can boost your immune function with herbs and natural remedies. Some common examples include garlic, ginger, oregano oil, echinacea, ginkgo biloba, and vitamin C.

These herbal remedies should not be used in place of conventional medical treatment. Side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps (dizziness), headaches, dizziness and stomach cramps.

How does an anti-biotic work?

Antibiotics are drugs which destroy harmful bacteria. To treat bacterial infections, antibiotics are used. There are many types and brands of antibiotics. Some are given orally, while some are injected. Other antibiotics are applied topically.

Many people who have been exposed can be prescribed antibiotics. One example is if someone has had chickenpox and wants to prevent shingles. For those with strep-thorphritis, an injection of penicillin could be administered to prevent them from getting pneumonia.

If antibiotics are to be administered to children, they must be prescribed by a doctor. Side effects of antibiotics can be more dangerous for children than for adults.

The most common side effect of antibiotics is diarrhea. Other possible side effects include diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, allergy reactions, dizziness, dizziness, stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting or allergic reactions. These side effects usually disappear once treatment has ended.
